- •Scheduled to undergo planned lumbar puncture.
- •Age 18 +, ability to give consent, BMI 19-30, normal liver and renal function
排除标准
- •- Acutely ill
- •- DM2 (defined as HbA1C > 48 mmol/mol)
- •- Use of medication that influences BA metabolism (ursochol, colesevelam, colestimide, statins)
- •- History of allergy or intolerance to one of the components of the standard meal
- •- Alcohol use >2 units per day
