- •2.Elective surgery of the right upper extremity at the level of elbow and below elbow

- •1.Body mass index >30
- •2.Coagulopathies
- •3.Unwilling patients
- •4.Patients who are unable to understand and perform forced vital capacity manoeuvre.
- •5.Patient with history suggestive of any kind of respiratory disease.
- •6.Patients who are allergic to the LA test doses
