This study is randomized controlled clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of dashmool kwath in kaphaja pratishyaya in children.Dashmool Kwath when taken orally as per age of requirement to the age group 5 years to 15 years twice a day after meal for 14 days. follow up on 7th,15th and 21st day.this study will be carried out in 2 years of PG course.

入选标准
- •1.Age group – 5yrs to 15 yrs of both sexes. 2.Patients having 2 or more than 2 symptoms of Kaphaja Pratishyaya including nasastrava for more than 2 weeks like.
- •1.Nasastrava (Rhinorrhea) 2.Nasavrodha (Nasal obstruction) 3.Shoonakshi (Oedema of eye) 4.Kasa (Cough) 5.Kandu (Itching) 6.Aruchi (Anorexia) 7.Jwara ( Fever ) 3.Patients selection will be irrespective of socioeconomic status and gender.
排除标准
- •Severe cases of Rhinitis including sinusitis,pulmonary TB,CSF Rhinorrhea etc.
- •Other systemic,endocrine disorders associated with any degree of Kaphaja Pratishyaya 3) Severely ill patients.
