- •Newly diagnosed nephrotic syndrome
- •-Remission within 28 days with glucocorticoid
- •-Exceeding 1 year old and under 16 years old
- •-Patients who agreed to the study
排除标准
- •- Secondary nephrotic syndrome
- •- Decreased complement (C3 < 60 mg/dL)
- •- Present extrarenal symptoms (neurologic, GI, cardiac, hematologic, lung, musculoskeletal, rheumatologic, endocrinologic, eye, ear disorder)
- •- History of kidney transplantation
- •- Present gross hematuria
- •- Increased serum creatinine (or decreased glomerular filtration rate)
- •- Present hypertension
