入选标准
- •Patients aged between 18 and 60 years, of either gender, belonging to ASA physical status I–II undergoing elective neurosurgery in supine position requiring general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients with previous history of stroke and/or myocardial infarction
- •Patients in whom subclavian vein could not be visualised
- •Patients on mechanical ventilation
- •Patients not having regular spontaneous breathing
- •Patients for emergency neurosurgical procedures
- •Patient refusal
- •Patients with peripheral vascular disorders
- •Patients with Autonomic nervous system disorders
