- •1. Age >/= 40 years
- •2. Diagnosed COPD according to GOLD criteria (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 0.70)
- •3. Post-bronchodilator FEV1 35-79 %predicted within the past 6 months
- •Control group
- •1. Age >/= 40 years
- •2. Normal spirometry (FEV1/FVC >/= 0.70 and FVC >/= 80 %predicted)
排除标准
- •1. History of acute exacerbation of COPD within the past 3 months
- •2. History of thoracic surgery
- •3. Diagnosed diaphragm paralysis or chronic neuromuscular disease
- •4. Pregnant woman
- •5. Refuse to participate
- •Control group
- •1. History of thoracic surgery
- •2. Other respiratory diseases such as pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or pulmonary fibrosis
- •3. Pregnant woman
