入选标准
- •Patient ahe between 18-75 years
- •All patient admitted in medical icu with baseline normal creatinine
- •Patient or legal representative giving written informed consent.
排除标准
- •Patient under 18 years or above 75 years of age
- •Undergoing any kind of RRT
- •Undergoing kidney transplant
- •Pregnant patient
- •Anticipated length of stay in icu less than 24 hours
- •Readmission in the icu during study period.
