- Interventional
入排标准
入选标准
- •Working for a period of minimum 2 hours a day and not working more than 18 hours/day
- •Subjects who has computer related work experience for a minimum 1 year
- •Minimum duration of pain should be 2 months or more at least
- •Pain range should be mild to moderate on NDI (5-24)
- •Perceived stress score should be mild to moderate ( <26)
排除标准
- •Any pain in cervical region with cause of trauma
- •Any fracture history
- •Any history of cervical spine dislocation
- •Any RA or PIVD of cervical spine
- •If undergone any surgery for cervical spine or going at time of testing
- •If on any medication at time of study
- •If doing neck and shoulder strengthening exercises from past one year
