- •Patients scheduled for elective Microlaryngoscopy procedure under General Anaesthesia
- •Preoperatively tracheostomised patients
排除标准
- •Patients on sedatives, hypnotic and antidepressants
- •H/o severe cardiovascular hepatic and renal diseases
- •Baseline Heart rate less than 50 bpm SBP less than 90 mm Hg DBP less than 60 mmHg before
- •premedication, atrioventricular block more than first degree or left bundle-branch block
