- •1) A adult woman who have a hallux valgus angle of 15 degrees or more
- •2) Pain assessment scale (visual analog scale, VAS) of 3/10 or more
- •3) A person who has not worn toe separator in the past year
- •4) A person who has no experience in the intrinsic foot muscle exercise
排除标准
- •1) A person who has undergone surgery or a procedure for hallux valgus
- •2) A person with rheumatoid arthritis
- •3) A person with osteoporosis
- •4) A person unable to walk
