入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients presenting with spontaneous pain associated with irreversible pulpitis in mandibular molars with no clinical or radiographic signs or symptoms of acute or chronic apical periodontitis.
- •Presented with American Society of Anesthesiologists I or II medical history.
- •Patient provides informed consent.
- •Patients who can read and understand the pain scoring criteria.
排除标准
- •Presence of any systemic disorder or allergy or sensitivity or contraindications to lidocaine.
- •Presence of periapical radiolucency, swelling, teeth not suitable for restoration, or having serious periodontal disease that rendered the teeth unsuitable for endodontic treatment.
- •Presence of mental disorders or Pregnant or lactating patients.
- •Presence of Raynaud disease, cold hypersensitivity, Hemoglobinuria, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, and hypertension.
- •Presence of trismus.
- •History of taking analgesics in the previous 12 hours prior to presenting for treatment
