入选标准
- •(1) The resident population registered in the Shanghai household registration or street, aged 18-70, male or female;
- •(2) Type 2 diabetes patients included in community management and signed with family doctors;
- •(3) Patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with retinopathy;
- •(4) Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •(1) Patients with chronic or old fundus diseases before diabetes;
- •(2) The average glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) was over 9% in the past 6 months;
- •(3) Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is under 30 (ml/min/1.73m2);
- •(4) Patients who use insulin;
- •(5) Those who are severe smokers or alcoholics;
- •(6) Patients with chronic liver disease or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
- •(7) Patients with serious diseases such as malignant tumors;
- •(8) Pregnant women or lactating women;
- •(9) Those who have had anti-oxidation treatment or participated in similar trials in the past 3 months;
- •(10) Other situations that the investigator thinks it inappropriate to participate in the trials.
