入选标准
- •Persons of both sexes aged 60 years and over; Postmenopausal women; Have not participated in any physical training program in the three months prior to the beginning of the assessments; Do not have acute illness that prevents the carrying out of the assessments; have a chronic disease, it is controlled, not being on immunosuppressive and / or anti-inflammatory medication, not presenting symptoms suggestive of cognitive impairment, according to the Mini-Mental State Examination.
排除标准
- •Presence of epilepsy; gallstones; kidney stones; neuromuscular and neurodegenerative diseases; stroke/strokes; serious heart disease or those who have an implant; by-pass or stent; and refusal to sign the Informed Consent Term.
