入选标准
- •Heathy, American Society of Anesiologists physical status Classification 1 or 2, women patient undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia who received intravenous patient-controlled analgesia using fentanyl for postoperative pain control
排除标准
- •1. The patients who have Respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, hepatic ,renal, or Psychological disease
- •2. Pregnant women, morbid obesity
- •3, The patient who had nausea and vomiting, or received antiemetics or steroid within 24 hours before surgery
- •4. The patient who can not communicate about pain assessment, or unable to use PCA
- •5, Addiction or abuse for opioids or drugs
