- •Patients in which conservative therapy has failed

- •Patients with symptoms relieved by non invasive conservative approaches.
- •Age < 18,pregnantpatients,psychiatric illness
- •Patients with failed TMD surgeries
- •Intraoperative finding of disc perforation
