入选标准

  • 1. Hip fractures undergo PFNA for primary fixation under SA.,
  • 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-IV,
  • 3. Body weight > 40 kg

排除标准

  • 1. Body mass index (BMI) < 18 or > 35 kg/m2,
  • 2. Contraindications to perform SA and PNB (e.g., patient refusal, skin puncture site infection, bleeding tendency, coagulopathy),
  • 3. Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics,
  • 4. Comorbidity such as neurocognitive impairment, communication problems, hepatic or renal failure, neuromuscular disease of lower extremities,
  • 5. Chronic pain with history of long-term opioid use or abuse
