- •1. Hip fractures undergo PFNA for primary fixation under SA.,
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-IV,
- •3. Body weight > 40 kg
排除标准
- •1. Body mass index (BMI) < 18 or > 35 kg/m2,
- •2. Contraindications to perform SA and PNB (e.g., patient refusal, skin puncture site infection, bleeding tendency, coagulopathy),
- •3. Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics,
- •4. Comorbidity such as neurocognitive impairment, communication problems, hepatic or renal failure, neuromuscular disease of lower extremities,
- •5. Chronic pain with history of long-term opioid use or abuse
