- •1.OA knee was diagnose by ACR 1986
- •2.K-L grade 2-3
- •3.VAS at least 4
- •4.inforn and consent
- •5.BMI less than 29.99
排除标准
- •1.knee pain from other condition such as tendinitis
- •2.systemic arthritis
- •3.cerebrovascular disease
- •4.neuromuscular disease
- •5.history of surgery or traumatic knee
- •6.paracetamol allergy
- •7.history of treatment with physical modalities, medication or injection less than 6 months
- •8.skin conditions such as infection, echymosis
- •9.impaired cognition
- •10.history of tretment with ESWT
