入选标准
- •Pre diabetic with insulin resistance and who yet to start medicine
- •FBS >110 mg/dl <126 mg/dl and / or PP2BS is >140 mg/dl <200 mg/dl.
- •Individual ready to abide by study procedure
排除标准
- •Age less than 20 and above 55 years.
- •Taking medicine for prediabetes and other clinical condition i.e., PCOS, Dyslipidemia CAD, IHD, MI.
- •Subject having Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, secondary diabetes due to endocrinal disturbances.
- •FBS > 126 mg/dl and PPBS > 200 mg/dl
- •Individual not ready to abide by study procedure.
