Women aged 19 years or older and under 45 years old
-Those who fall under one of the following three
1) Patients with PCOS or obesity with amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea, who are expected to undergo obesity metabolic surgery
2) Patients with PCOS or obesity with amenorrhea or oligomenrrhea menstruation and undergoing life therapy treatment or observation
3) Normal control group (female reproductive function is normal and body mass index 18.5 to 24.9)
-Or those who collect eggs for infertility
-Women under the age of 19 and over 45
-Those who are administering hormones that affect female reproductive function other than for the purpose of collecting oocytes or have been administered within the last 6 months
-Diabetic patients taking antidiabetic drugs or insulin injection treatment
-Those who are administering oral contraceptives or have been given oral contraceptives within the last 6 months
-Those taking antihypertensive drugs
-Those who are administering anti-obesity injections or oral drugs for the treatment of obesity, or have administered them within the last 3 months

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Identification of pathways most closely related to insulin resistance among the mechanisms related to female reproductive dysfunction (e.g., specific metabolites, hormones, or hepatokine, specific genetic mutations, pathways that can explain molecular biological mechanisms in follicular cells)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method body weight, body fat, and liver fat content(MRI-measured)
