Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Identification of pathways most closely related to insulin resistance among the mechanisms related to female reproductive dysfunction (e.g., specific metabolites, hormones, or hepatokine, specific genetic mutations, pathways that can explain molecular biological mechanisms in follicular cells)
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
body weight, body fat, and liver fat content(MRI-measured)
