- •1) An American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical status of more than 3. 2) A patient who has a history of allergies or intolerance to local anesthetics or fentanyl. 3) A patient undergoing surgery without epidural anesthesia. 4) A patient undergoing another surgical procedure in combination with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. 5) A patient of less than height 150cm. 6) A patient who does not agree to participate this study.
