- •Therapeutically unsalvagable extracted teeth collected from
- •1. Systemically healthy patients aged 18 years and above rendering informed consent to participate in the study with atleast 20 permanent teeth in dentition.
- •2. Subjects diagnosed with generalized periodontitis according to AAP 2018 classification with radiographic evidence of bone loss.
- •3. Periodontally involved single rooted teeth anterior to the premolars with clinical probing depth of more than 5mm

- •1. Subjects who are pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •2.Subjects who are on Anti-microbial or anti-septic therapy
- •3. Subjects with drug history for any medical conditions
- •4. Subjects with history of tobacco consumption in any form.
- •5. Subjects with history of alcohol consumption
