- •? Age: 70 years or more
- •? Ineligibility for local therapy (surgery or radiotherapy): including inoperable patients due to their medical condition
- •? Histologically confirmed solid tumor
- •? Signed in written inforemd consent form
排除标准
- •? Not a candidate for 1st line systemic chemotherapy
- •? Monotherapy with biologic agent/targeted agent, combination therapy with investigational agent, monotherapy with oral agent
- •? Hematologic malignancies (lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma etc)
- •? Recurrent disease within 6 months from last day of adjuvant chemotherapy
