- •ASA 1 â?? 2, aged 18 â?? 60 years, elective lower abdominal laproscopic surgery (with expected duration under 2 hours)
- •study will be conducted on two subgroups of patients
- •1. Female patients undergoing laproscopic Gynaecological surgery (Groups A and B, 30 patients each )
- •2. Male and Female patients undergoing laproscopic hernia
- •surgery patients undergoing (Groups C and D, 30 patients each)
排除标准
- •Hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics,
- •patients on anticoagulants or with bleeding disorder
- •patient refusal
