入选标准
- •1. ASA grade II
- •2. Patients giving informed and written consent
- •3. Diabetic patients with good glycemic control on oral hypoglycemic agents
- •4. BMI between 18 and 35 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1. ASA grade 3 or 4
- •2. Diabetic patient with any complication of diabetes
- •3. Diabetic patient controlled on insulin
- •4. Pregnant patient
- •5. Patient with gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia or any other condition with increase risk of aspiration
- •6. Patient on steroids and chronic opioid use
- •7. Any major complication during surgery or surgery exceeding 4 hours
