简要总结
This study aims to compare the effects of two treatment protocols, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) with Mulligan and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) with Mulligan, on Glenohumeral Internal Rotation Deficit (GIRD) in Collegiate Athletes participating in Overhead Sports.
The objectives include assessing the efficacy of each technique individually and determining which protocol yields faster results.
The study proposes an alternate hypothesis suggesting a significant difference in the effects of the two techniques, while the null hypothesis indicates no significant difference.
