入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with liver tumors
- •Expected resection of at least three liver segments OR posterior sectionectomy
- •Age above 18 years
- •ASA class I-III.
排除标准
- •Preoperative severe renal failure (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min)
- •Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Turcotte-Pugh grade C).
- •Uncontrolled hypertensive (Blood Pressure >180/90) patients on treatment.
- •Recent myocardial infarction (within 6 month), severe valvular heart disease.
- •Any history of intracranial bleeding.
- •Preoperative hyponatremia.
