  • Age group between 14-16 years both boys and girls.
  • Breakfast skippers who are identified from data of phase 1.
  • Students who are willing to be a part of the study.

排除标准

  • Hostel students
  • Adolescents who are suffering from chronic illness, terminal illness, immune compromised.
  • If the student is not willing to be part of the study
  • If anyone is allergic to any component of the nutribar which is provided as a supplement.
