入选标准
- •Patient suffering from chronic periodontitis and having pocket depth >=5mm in more than 30 sites.
- •Radiographic evidence of bone loss.
- •Patient age group of 20-55 yrs.
- •Patient who are willing to consent for the study.
排除标准
- •Patient with history of systemic disease.
- •Any apparent oral infection like herpes or candida.
- •Patient who taken antibiotic therapy in past 3 months.
- •Patient who have undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months.
- •Smokers , pregnant as well as post-menopausal women and lactating women.
