入选标准
- •All adult, skeletally mature (as seen on radiographs) patients with grade 3 open fractures of the femur, tibia, or fibula, including intra-articular fractures, who provided informed and photographic consent.
排除标准
- •Patients who had fractures involving the face, trunk, upper limb, spine, pelvis, patella, or foot; who underwent primary debridement elsewhere; who had unsalvageable limbs requiring urgent amputation and those who were unwilling to participate in the study.
