- •1.Free air is not broader than a 1 st lumbar vertebral column height7
- •2.No free fluid intraperitonium cavity by bedside ultrasound
- •3. ResuscitateFluid in 1st 24 hours not more than 5 ml/kg/hr
- •4.Hemodynamic stable
