入选标准
- •1. Patients of intertrochanteric fracture femur undergoing open reduction internal fixation with interlocking nailing.
- •2. Patients willing to participate in study and cooperative patients.
- •3. Patients of either gender in age group of 40 to 80 years.
- •4. Patients of ASA grade I, II and III.
- •5. Patients with BMI of 18-30 kg/m2.
排除标准
- •1. Patents with history of coagulopathies and any neuropathy.
- •2. Patients allergic to local anaesthetic(Bupivacaine).
- •3. Patients with local pathology at the injection site.
- •4. Patients with disability limiting the performance of block.
