- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic donor nephrectomy. Patients belonging to the age group of 18 to 60 years.
- •American society of anaesthesiology (ASA) grade 1 and 2 patients.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •ASA 3 and above
- •Patients with features of local infection at the site of block
- •Patients with history of bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant therapy
- •Patients with known allergy to local anesthetic drugs
- •Patients with mental illness
- •Patients with neuromuscular disorders
