Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To evaluate airway and recognise difficult airway by using clinical parameters and ultrasound guided parameters.

2. To assess the correlation between the finding of clinical parameters and ultrasound guided parameters with Cormackâ??Lehane grade on direct laryngoscopy.

3. To calculate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of clinical parameter and ultrasound guided parameters in predicting difficult intubation.Timepoint: Time to intubate in seconds - 0-75 seconds

Hemodynamic parameters in minutes upto 120 minutes every 5 minutes.

Comparing the correlation between clinical parameters and ultrasound parameters at the end of study i.e 1 year
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Intubation time.

Number of Intubation attempts.

Alternative technique (video laryngoscope) or person used for intubation.

Failed intubation.

Glottic aperture to measure the size of tubeTimepoint: 1. Time to intubate: From time of insertion of laryngoscope to succesful tube insertion in seconds.

2. Number of attempts: Total number of attempts take for succesful intubation 1,2 or 3

3. Change of equipment or person if any during procedure

4. Failed attempts if any during procedure
