Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All consenting patients planned for lower limb surgeries.
- •Age 20\-80 years.
- •ASA grade I,II\&III.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusal.
- •Patients with neuromuscular disease.
- •Patients with hemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulation.
- •Patients with skin infection at the site of needle insertion.
- •Patients with chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
- •Patients with reported history of allergy to amide local anaesthetic drugs.
- •Patients with BMI \>30\.
