Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All consenting patients planned for lower limb surgeries.
  • •Age 20\-80 years.
  • •ASA grade I,II\&III.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients refusal.
  • •Patients with neuromuscular disease.
  • •Patients with hemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulation.
  • •Patients with skin infection at the site of needle insertion.
  • •Patients with chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
  • •Patients with reported history of allergy to amide local anaesthetic drugs.
  • •Patients with BMI \>30\.
