- •o A minimum of two drugs per prescription
- •o Cost variation analysis for statins are included

- •o Patients referred to other department
- •o Incomplete information record
- •o Dyslipidemia drugs used for other diseases and treatments are excluded.
- •o Cost variation for drug other than statins are excluded.
- •oCombination regimen are excluded for cost variation analysis
