入选标准
- •1.Patient admitted with the diagnosis of Heart Failure and with reduced ejection fraction ( <40% on the 2D Echo report ) would be included.
- •2.Patients with age group of 30-60 years of either age.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome, Unstable angina, Myocarditis, Uncorrected Valvular Disease.
- •2) Patients with impaired hearing and vision.
- •3) Patients not able to ambulate.
- •4) Patients not Willing to give the consent.
- •4) Patients not Willing to give the consent.
- •4) Patients with Patient Health Questionnaire - 9 , Score > or equal to 4.
- •5) Patients not willing to give consent.
