入选标准
- •Participants in this study are adults aged 30 years and older who have been identified with abdominal obesity and have one or more other conditions after completing health examinations at one of 16 branch medical facilities of the Korea Association of Health Promotion in Korea in 2013. That is, abdominal obese adults who meet 1 or more of the following five conditions;
- •(1) Waist circumference =90cm for men or =85cm for women; (2) HDL-Cholesterole <40mg/dL for men or <50mg/dL for women; (3) Triglyceride =150mg/dL; (4) Systolic blood pressure=130mmHg or Diastolic blood pressure=85mmHg; (5) Fasting glucose =100mg/dL
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria for the study are: being on medication for weight control; having been diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension; being on treatment for MetS;and not providing signed consent form for participation in the study.
