入选标准
- •1.Subject with primary adhesive capsulitis.
- •2. Patients with unilateral involvement.
- •3. Pain: VAS in the range of of 4-8 on 10
- •4. Range of motion (PROM less than or equal to a decrease in 50 % i.e 90 degrees of
- •abduction and 45 degrees of external rotation as compared to normal)
排除标准
- •1. Operatively managed subjects. 2. Rotator cuff pathology. 3. Past Shoulder surgery in the last 1 year. 4. Patients with neurological deficits (eg. Stroke) 5. Patients having any cervical or thoracic problem 6. Cervical and thoracic spine dysfunction 7. Patients with polyarthritis, rheumatic disease or cervical radiculopathy 8. Patients undergone cardiac surgeries or other medical conditions like metastatic diseases. 9. Presence of shoulder dislocation or subluxation 10. Rib fracture or upper extremity fracture
