- •Type II Diabetes Mellitus.
- •Patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI & NSTEMI) to estimate the complexity and severity of coronary artery disease

- •Patients aged above 18 years.
- •non diabetic population.
- •Patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI & NSTEMI) to estimate the complexity and severity of coronary artery disease

- •Type I diabetic patients
- •Non diabetic patients
- •Patients with Renal failure
- •Patients with bleeding disorders
- •Patients with previous history of CABG
- •Patients with previous history of PCI
- •Heart transplant patients
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CONTROLS
