入选标准
- •1.Clinical chronic rhinitis [runny nose, nasal stuffiness, sneezing]
- •2.Age 18 yr old and above
- •3.Negative SPT or IDT or serum specific IgE
排除标准
- •.1.Previous use
- •-antihistamines and/or vasoconstrictors within a week
- •-intranasal corticosteroid within a month
- •-systemic corticosteroid within 3 months
- •2.unstable systemic disease
- •3.pregnant or lactating women
- •4.undergone nasal surgery within the previous 3 months
- •5.chronic rhinosinusitis and/or nasal polyps (confirmed by rigid endoscopy, paranasal x ray, and/or computed tomography)
- •6.exposed to chemical irritants or cigarette smoke
- •7. Respiratory tract infection within 4 wks
