•1. Patients 3-14 days after ischemic stroke;
•2. Patients aged 45-75 years;
•The mini mental state examination (MMSE) score was in the normal range (normal cut-off value: illiteracy > 17, primary school > 20, junior high school and above > 24), which could cooperate with acupuncture, rehabilitation training and related basic treatment;
•4. Subjects with modified Rankin score (MRS) less than or equal to 1 before stroke; subjects with NIHSS score between 5 and 15 after stroke;
•5. The subjects who knew about the experiment and signed the informed consent.

•1. Reversible neurological deficits in subjects with transient ischemic attack;
•2. Patients with neurological deficit caused by brain tumor, brain trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, brain parasite and other diseases confirmed by examination have a life expectancy of less than one year due to other reasons other than stroke;
•3. Patients with contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion, or stroke complicated with severe primary diseases such as circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, endocrine system and hematopoiesis system, which can not be controlled by conventional medication; patients complicated with tumor, patients with severe infection, water, electrolytes and acid-base balance disorder; or other abnormal examinations, the researchers judged that they were not suitable to participate in this test The patients who received the examination;
•4. Patients with severe aphasia, sleep apnea, deafness, severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate normally; or those who are participating in other clinical trials;
•5. Patients with severe depression, anxiety, or other mental diseases;
•6. Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant.
