入排标准
入选标准
- •Presence of more than one Miller class I or II buccal gingival recession defects not exceeding 3mm in depth (Miller 1985)
- •No Medication known to interfere with periodontal tissue health / healing (steroids, Ca channel blockers, antiepileptic agents, immunosuppresants)
- •No Contraindications for periodontal surgery
- •Non-smoker (Never smoker) or former smoker (Does not smoke now and has not smoked at all for a minimum of the last 12 consecutive months)
排除标准
- •Systemic chronic conditions known to be associated with periodontitis or with changes in systemic inflammation: Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rheumatic Fever, SLE, Malignancy, Respiratory diseases, Renal diseases, Other (e.g., autoimmune diseases, fungal infections, immunological deficiencies, etc.)
- •Pregnant / Lactating mothers
- •Patients with orthodontic therapy in progress
- •Previous History of periodontal disease
- •Presence of Malocclusion
