入选标准
- •Lumbar PID characterized by radiating pain to unilateral lower limb (Mckenzie 1981, Cyriax )
- •loss of lumbar lordosis, listing away from the painful side,
- •Painful limitation lumbar flexion, extension & side flexion towards the painful side and SLR.
排除标准
- •Neurological deficit
- •Shoulder pathology
- •Cardio-respiratory problems
- •Trauma or surgery of spine
- •Inability to lie in prone with arms crossed across the chest
- •Uncooperative patients
- •all other contraindications for manual therapy
