入选标准
- •1) 65 years old or older.
- •2) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
- •3) Undergoing oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment.
- •4) Who is conscious and able to fill out a consent form and questionnaire.
- •5) Sleep quality (PSQI) score greater than 5 points.
排除标准
- •1) Those who are currently taking sleeping pills.
- •2) Those with mental illness (depression, anxiety disorder).
- •3) Those with ear lesions or tape allergies.
- •4) Those who are currently receiving other complementary alternative therapies.
