- •Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery and American Society of Anesthesiology Classification 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. American Society of Anesthesiology Classification >2
- •2. Age < 19 yr or > 79 yr
- •3. Neuromuscular disease patients
- •4. Allergic history for neuromuscular blocking agents or anesthetic agents
- •5. Family history of malignant hyperthermia
- •6. Serum Cr. >= 2 times of normal value or urine output < 0.5ml/kg/hr or Glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml/hr
