- •1.Rectal cancer with enlarged lateral pelvic nodes.
- •2.Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma
- •3.Age > 18 years
- •4.Medically fit for treatment â?? surgery/ chemoradiotherapy.
- •5.No prior history of treatment with radiation, chemotherapy or surgery.
- •6.Patient willing and reliable for follow-up.
排除标准
- •1.Any other malignancy in any site.
- •2.Expected survival less than 6 months.
