入选标准
- •Adult aged 20-75 years indicated for unilateral total hip arthroplasty
- •ASA class I or II
排除标准
- •oSevere hip deformities or required extensive soft tissue release:
- •-Hip deformities > 30oin any planes
- •-Limb shortening correction > 3 centimeters
- •oContraindicated to spinal anesthesia or failed to complete spinal anesthesia
- •oRenal function impairment; GFR <50 mL/min
- •oHigh risk for cardiovascular thrombotic event; eg, history of myocardial infarction, thrombotic stroke
- •oHistory of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal(GI) bleeding
- •oHistory of long-term (>1 month) use of daily opioid medication with an oral morphine equivalent (OME) of >5 mg/day
- •oHistory of short-term (<1 month) use of daily opioid medication (average OME of >30 mg/day)
- •oHistory of allergy of bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine
- •oUnable to provide consent, pain information and cognitive impairment
- •oIntraoperative fractures of both femur and acetabulum
