入选标准
- •1) female and male patients at the age of 18 to 50 years of age with ACL rupture
- •2) subjects with enough knowledge of the German language and current medical insurance and high possibility of taking part in a 2 year follow up (no change of residency)
- •3) no patients with any preference for one of the two treatment options
- •4) patients who give the written consent to take part in the study (or the legal representative)
排除标准
- •1) patients with a cartilage damage (grade IV) which is shown on x-ray or the MRI scan, meniscus lesion with more than 2/3 of the meniscus (fixable meniscal tears are no exclusion criteria), diseases of extending structures such as patellasyndrom, injury of the PCL or/and the lateral collateral ligament, fracture, or in addition any other reason which needs to be presented through the doctor in charge with the necessary plausibility
- •2) pregnant women and breast feeding women.
