简要总结

It is essential to understand that Muscle Energy Technique (MET) functions primarily as a manual "reset" for hypertonic muscles, utilizing post-isometric relaxation to yield immediate gains in Range of Motion (ROM). In a badminton player with scapular dyskinesis, MET is highly effective at lengthening a tight pectoralis minor, which otherwise pulls the shoulder into a suboptimal forward tilt. Conversely, Postural Correction Exercises (PCE) act as a long-term neuromuscular rehabilitator; while they may not produce the same instant ROM spikes as MET, they are significantly more effective at increasing the strength and endurance of the serratus anterior and lower trapezius. These muscles are the "anchors" of the scapula, and their strengthening through PCE is what ultimately stabilizes the shoulder during the high-velocity overhead smash. Therefore, while MET excels at restoring mechanical mobility, PCE is the superior tool for building the functional strength required to sustain that mobility during active play. This research compares effect of MET with postural correction and Only Postural correction, which is more effective in recovery of scapular dyskinesis.
