- •Intertrochanteric fractures associated with trivial trauma.
- •Serum calcium more than 8-11 mg per decilitre.
- •Creatinine clearance more than 30 ml.
- •Unilateral hip fractures.
排除标准
- •Patient taking oral corticosteroids.
- •Age less than 50 years.
- •Patients with active malignancies.
- •Chronic renal failure.
- •Secondary osteoporosis.
- •History of taking zoledronic acid within 1 yr prior to hip fracture
- •Patients treated with teriparatide.
